• Coach Schultz and his wife, Sarah, live in Granite Falls.
• Hobbies include golfing, biking, playing basketball, watching sports and spending time with his wife.
• Outside of coaching, Coach Schultz works in the student life department at Ridgewater.
• Coach Schultz coaches for the Minnesota Rise AAU program.

Coaching Outlook

• My goal at Ridgewater is to build a culture around Trust, Commitment and Collective Responsibility on the court and in the classroom. Athletics is an important part of an education. There are many life lessons that can be learned playing basketball that transfer into the real world.
